• STEP 2: The Vaccine Clinic Staff will call you to CONFIRM YOUR INSURANCE information.
• STEP 3: ANSWER THE SURVEY questions provided by the Vaccine Clinic Staff.
• STEP 4: After your insurance is confirmed and the survey is finished, you will receive a link to ARRANGE YOUR TRANSPORTATION.
• STEP 5: You’ll get EMAIL AND TEXT REMINDERS about the date, time, and location of YOUR APPOINTMENT.
